Sprout Veg Idli
Active ingredients: Sprouted moong daal, peas, onion, carrot, capsicum, sooji, rice flour/besan, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric, curd, and butter
Preparation time 20 to 25 minutes
Technique: Wash, tidy and chop all veggies finely. Par boils the grow and peas. Drain it and let it cool down. Coarsely grind sprout and peas in a mixer. Mix all veggies, grow & peas mix, one spoon besan, one spoon sooji, and curd. Mix well and prepare balls formed idli. Preheat the Idli maker and put these balls in it. Steam it for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve it with chutney or tomato ketchup.
Active ingredients: Brown bread slices, pizza sauce, mayonnaise, onion, tomato, salt, cheese pieces, butter and tomato catsup.
Approach: Cut the edges of the bread, wash and chop all veggies carefully. Spread mayo and pizza sauce evenly on bread. Put a handful of chopped veggies and cover with a cheese piece. Brush the preheated pan with butter; put these bread pieces on it. Toast it for a couple of minutes. Serve it with tomato ketchup on the side. Use various cookie cutters to provide fun shapes.
