Life is already hard enough, right? And if it is currently hard enough, then would not it be even harder, or maybe even too hard, to do more than we are already doing? Well, it’s tough to disagree with that statement, however perhaps we should look at what follows when we decide to either do or not to do the additional work.
If we choose to take on that problem of extra work what will occur? Well, it’s like lifting weights. What happens when we add a little additional weight and stress to those muscles? That’s! It doesn’t actually weigh us down after all; rather, it makes our muscles larger, more powerful and more capable when we do a little extra.
Well, guess what? Life is also like that. When we take on a little bit more, we grow and become more powerful and more capable. And isn’t being more powerful and more capable what we actually want in life?
Now, let’s take a look at the opposite. What if we don’t handle this additional work? What will happen? Well, we certainly won’t force ourselves to grow into incredibly proportions and increased abilities if we do not take on the additional work?
But wait … there is more … I want you to imagine the next 20 years of your life simply cruising. Image not getting the mate of your dreams due to the fact that you aren’t a high sufficient quality of individual to bring in that type of individual. Image struggling to pay for your home every month because you do not have the kind of task that provides you sufficient money to live easily. Picture your kid one day being sick and you are worrying over another physician bill, and you do not know what to do about it. What’s actually hard is not the doing additional, but the option of not doing extra.
Now teenagers, go learn, lead, and lay the method to a much better world for everybody. Keep in mind, additional work is not too tough. And when again, thanks in advance for all the extra that you now do, and all the additional that you will do …
