Peanut butter sure is yummy, but did you know that it benefits the health, too? It is packed full of healthy fat that’s good for the heart. It’s an excellent reward you can indulge without needing to feel guilty!

Yummy No-Bake Nutty Bites

What you require:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled or fast oats
  • 2/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Location the oats in a mixer or food processor. Pulse until the oats reach a flour consistency. Include the pb and honey/maple syrup to the mixer and blend up until components are well-combined. Scoop mix into a bowl. You might need to scrape the sides of the blender to get all of the mixture.

Form “dough” into round bites. If they’re falling apart, return to blender and add 1 tablespoon of pb. If they begin sticking to your hands, oil with cooking spray. Serve as is or refrigerated.

No-Fuss PB Bars

What you require:

For the base

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups pb
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

For the topping

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pb

To make the base, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and powdered sugar in a blending bowl till well-combined. Press the mixture equally on a 9×13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Set aside.

To make the topping, add the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave in short, 20- second bursts, until smooth. Pour the mixture over the base in the pan and smoothen utilizing a spatula. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or until set. Slice into squares and serve!

PB Cereal Snack

What you require:

  • 4 cups plain Cheerios
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix the peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir, add the vanilla extract and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds more. Include the cereal to the mixture and stir to coat well with mix. Drop parts in a parchment-lined tray and allow at least 1 hour for the snack to set.
